2. Bookings
2.1. Reservations
– All reservations are subject to availability.
– A valid payment is required to confirm a booking.
2.2. Rates and Payments
– All rates quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes, as stated.
– Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash.
– Any promotional offers or discounts are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined with other offers.
2.3. Cancellations and Modifications
– Flexible Booking: Cancellations or modifications made at least 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
– Non-Refundable Booking: Cancellations or modifications for non-refundable bookings will not receive a refund.
– No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
2.4. Check-In and Check-Out
– Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
– Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur-additional charges.
2.5. Group Bookings
– For group bookings, special terms and conditions may apply.
3. Guest Policy
3.1. All guests must present a valid ID or passport upon check-in.
3.2. The Hotel is non-smoking in all rooms and public areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
3.3. Guests are expected to respect Hotel property and other guests. Damages or disturbances may result in additional charges or termination of the stay.
3.4. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
4. Liability and Responsibility
4.1. Guest Belongings
– The Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left unattended in rooms or public areas.
– A safety deposit box is available in rooms for valuables.
4.2. Hotel Property
– Guests will be charged for any damages to Hotel property caused by negligence or willful misconduct.
4.3. Health and Safety
– The Hotel complies with all safety and health regulations. Guests must adhere to safety instructions during their stay.
5. Third-Party Services
5.1. The Hotel may facilitate bookings for third-party services (e.g., tours, transport). The Hotel is not responsible for the quality or performance of these services.
5.2. Guests using third-party platforms to book their stay are subject to the additional terms of the respective platforms.

7. Force Majeure

8.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo.
